I found this enticing little clip in the local paper’s “sheriff’s report”:

Sunday, Jan. 3
At 2:57 a.m., a caller reported that a man on Heller Road was blowing a fog horn.

Tuesday, Dec. 29, 2010
At 7:49 a.m., a caller reported that a “crazy” man on Heller Road blows a fog horn at all hours of the day and night because he has delusions that boys are having sex on top of his trailer and that the fog horn will stop them.
